Gold Park is currently offering a limited-period inaugural price of ₹10.5 lakh per kattah, compared with the stated launch price of ₹12.5 lakh per kattah. Since each available plot measures two kattahs, the base price begins at ₹21 lakh under the inaugural offer, excluding registration, taxes and other applicable charges. The offer is subject to plot availability and may change according to the prevailing sales terms.

The project also offers a flexible payment plan, allowing buyers to structure their purchase without necessarily paying the entire amount within a short period of two or three months. A plot loan facility is available for eligible applicants, with the financing material highlighting simple documentation, competitive interest rates, quick approval and flexible repayment. An illustration shared for the project estimates an EMI of approximately ₹14,500 for a two-kattah plot, although the actual EMI will depend on the financed amount, interest rate, tenure, lender and applicant’s eligibility.

The financial value of Gold Park should be considered beyond the basic rate per kattah.
