Gold Park comprises 696 residential plots, with each plot measuring two kattahs. The uniform plot size helps maintain an organised character across the community and gives buyers a practical parcel of land on which to plan an independent residence. A two-kattah plot can accommodate a thoughtfully designed family home with private living areas and some outdoor space, depending on the final architectural plan and prevailing construction regulations.

Unlike an apartment, the plot does not lock the buyer into a predetermined floor plan. Owners have the flexibility to decide how many floors they wish to construct, how rooms should be arranged and how the home should respond to their family’s present and future needs. A young family may begin with a compact residence and retain the option to expand later, while a larger household can plan separate bedrooms, workspaces, balconies or shared family areas from the outset. This freedom of design is one of the strongest practical advantages of plotted ownership.

Every plot is Bastu converted, high land and integrated into the project’s internal road and utility network. The current limited-period inaugural rate is ₹10.5 lakh per kattah, bringing the base value of a two-kattah plot to ₹21 lakh, before registration, taxes and any other applicable charges. The stated launch price is ₹12.5 lakh per kattah. Prices and availability remain subject to the prevailing offer and the location of the selected plot within the master plan.
