Master Plan

The master plan of Jain Dream Gurukul at Madhyamgram Chowmatha has been thoughtfully designed across 5.3 acres to create a spacious and community-focused residential environment. The project features 6 residential blocks with G+7, G+8, and G+9 elevations, housing only 180 apartments, which gives the development a low-density feel with plenty of open space, greenery, and natural ventilation. The layout ensures proper distance between towers, allowing better sunlight, airflow, and privacy for residents while maintaining a calm and organised living atmosphere.

The community infrastructure has been planned around landscaped gardens, internal walkways, recreational zones, and lifestyle amenities that are easily accessible from every block. The master plan includes a swimming pool, clubhouse, gymnasium, children’s play areas, jogging tracks, indoor games, parking zones, and 24-hour gated security, all integrated within a pedestrian-friendly campus. The overall design reflects the “Gurukul” concept of connected family living, where open spaces and shared community areas play an important role in everyday life.
