DTC Still Waters is planned across 5.1 acres with 3 residential towers rising to G+22 and G+23 floors, accommodating 452 apartments in a layout that balances built space with open areas and amenity zones.

The towers are positioned to optimise natural light, cross ventilation, and unobstructed views of New Town’s planned urban landscape, ensuring that each residence benefits from elevation, openness, and airflow suited to Kolkata’s climate.

The central layout integrates a resort-style infinity pool and water features as the visual and functional core of the development, around which key lifestyle amenities such as the clubhouse, gardens, and recreation spaces are distributed for easy accessibility from all towers.

Pedestrian pathways, landscaped greens, and designated activity zones are interwoven throughout the site, allowing residents to move seamlessly between residential blocks and shared amenities without congestion or long internal travel distances.
