Master Plan

The master plan of DTC Downtown reflects a developer that genuinely thought about what it means to build a community across 10 acres rather than just filling a plot with towers. The six buildings are positioned to keep generous open ground between them, which means natural light comes in, cross ventilation works, and residents are not living in each other’s windows.

Green zones, pedestrian paths, recreational clusters, and shared amenity spaces are distributed across the site so that no resident feels cut off from what the community has to offer regardless of which tower or which floor they call home. The B+G+P+29 tower structure maximises the number of homes the site can serve while keeping the ground level open, livable, and genuinely pleasant to move through.
